From Isabella in Hong Kong

Fragrance of Fawzia

The sudden departure of our very dear friend Fawzia has caught us so totally unprepared and we are heartbroken. Vivid memories and episodes of our constant company over the past six years keep flashing back - too much to embrace and too much to put into words. After all, she is now safe and sound with our Lord.

Fawzia, with her unique qualities, was an individual we may not come across again in a lifetime. As a passionate and compassionate being, she naturally and always showed a genuine interest in people and enthusiasm in life. Her "full of beans" and "never give up" type of character had often brought us into a positive perspective. Fawzia had lately lived her life to its fullest by sharing her Christian faith with others through her own personal experience of God's love, peace, joy and blessings.

We have many more precious memories to cherish over our time together. Fawzia had said, "You (The Taylors) are more than friends to me, you are my family". This, we accepted with honour. It is reciprocal, Fawzia, you have enriched and coloured our lives, albeit briefly, by your companionship. Our loss is immeasurable and our sorrow is inexpressible! From now on, we won't have you by our side, but the special place you have in our hearts will always remain. Miss you deeply …...
